Electricity fuel-charge cap and fuel duty waiver now run to 31 December

Government extended the 2026 Fuel Relief Programme by three months. The residential electricity fuel charge stays capped at CI$0.18 per kWh, and the 100% import-duty waiver on gasoline, diesel and propane continues.
